Social Media Marketing Consultant (m/f/x) with German and English

Your Task

• Advice and support of the customer before and after the purchase of services are your responsibility
• You will identify potential opportunities for improvement and optimization of the respective social media marketing package
• You analyse trends and customer portfolios in order to be able to offer suitable and individual solutions
• Application of various tools such as Excel and Salesforce
• You handle inquiries from new and existing customers via telephone, e-mail and live chat

Your Profile

• Your knowledge of German is very good in word & writing
• Communicative skills coupled with empathy and team spirit are what make you stand out in particular
• You have a basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication
• You have an EU citizenship or a work permit for Portugal
• Interest in online advertising, new technologies and social media are a plus for you
