Sortation Associate (gn) without working experience

Gi Group is an international staffing agency with more than 500 locations in 40 countries.

Tasks

• Receiving, unloading, and software-assisted recording of incoming shipments
• Proper storage of goods in the designated shelving systems
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Conducting quality and inventory checks using modern handheld scanners
• Preparing shipments for onward transport

Profile

• Previous work experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus, but career changers are also welcome
• Submission of a current police clearance certificate with no entries (required upon hire)
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
• German language skills at the B1 level are desirable, and English language skills at least at the A2 level are required
• Physical stamina and a passion for dynamic logistics processes

Offer

• Hourly wage of €16.00 gross plus collective bargaining-based bonuses
• Vacation pay and Christmas bonus starting in the 6th month of employment
• Up to 30 vacation days per year under the GVP collective bargaining agreement
