German-speaking Contact Center Agent (gn) 

Your Task

• You advise customers of an audio technology manufacturer by telephone, chat and e-mail.

• You give information about payment methods in the online shop of the manufacturer.

• You provide assistance with shipping and delivery, return and exchange.

• Assistance with questions about product registration is also part of your duties as a customer service agent.

• In the event of a complaint from the customer, you will handle it professionally and in a customer-oriented way.

Your Profile

• You have an excellent command of German and a good command of spoken and written English.

• You have a good basic technical understanding.

• Ideally, you have already acquired knowledge in customer service.

• Initial experience as a German speaking contact center agent is desirable.

• You have an EU citizenship or a work permit for Portugal.
