Your Task

  • German-speaking Customer service by telephone and e-mail
  • Assistance with questions about settings and user accounts
  • Competent information for questions about payment and shipping
  • Support for individual customer enquiries
  • Complaint management

Your Profile

  • Written and spoken German skills on a high level
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
  • Enthusiasm for a career abroad
