Your Profile

• Being a Product Specialist/Manager comes in many forms, and you do not have to tick all the boxes, but below are some examples of what Life Science companies typically look for:
• Experience developing and implementing the product strategy
• Experience with teaching and training customers on how to use the specific product/application
• Ability to translate technical details into clear, engaging content for Marketing, Training, and Support teams.
• Experience in developing and updating training material in accordance with current standards
• Herein you could also have experience with: developing, reviewing, and delivering product and campaign materials.
• Diagnose and solve technical support cases, in collaboration with development/IT if needed.
• Experience with implementation of software and – where applicable – other product components in collaboration with the client
• Ability to identify, develop, engage and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
