Search Engine Marketing Consultant (m/f/x) with French

Your Task

• Provide reactive telephone, email and chat support for business customers with French
• Building a meaningful relationship with key decision makers in the marketing industry and as an online advertising strategy consultant
• Understanding the business objectives of customers to find the online advertising solutions they want
• Provide strategic campaign support to inform the customer to achieve high customer satisfaction with focus on quality and results

Your Profile

• Verbal and oral knowledge of the french language on a very high level
• Great communication skills coupled with empathy, customer service experience and team spirit
• Basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication
• EU citizenship or work permit for Germany and passionate interest in online advertising and new technologies
